AXII L.L.C, operating under the Axii LLC brand, is a technology company registered in the Republic of Kosovo. We develop and publish Skedari and Flota KS. In this policy, “Axii,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Axii LLC.

2. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to:
- the corporate website at axii-llc.com;
- the Skedari add-ins and integrations for Microsoft Outlook and Gmail;
- communications sent to our company, privacy, security, and support addresses; and
- related publisher verification and account-linking activities.
Product-specific agreements or privacy notices may supplement this policy. If an organization uses Skedari to manage its own records, that organization controls the content it places in its workspace.
3. Information we process
Corporate website
This website does not require an account and does not use advertising trackers. Our hosting and security providers may automatically process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, and security events to deliver and protect the site.
Communications and support
When you contact us, we process the information you provide, such as your name, business email address, organization, message, and relevant diagnostic details. Please do not send passwords, access tokens, or unnecessary confidential email content in support messages.
Skedari Outlook and Gmail add-ins
When a user opens or uses a Skedari email add-in, we may process the following information as needed to provide the requested action:
- Microsoft or Google account identifiers and email address used to authenticate and link the account to an authorized Skedari workspace;
- the Skedari tenant, permitted matters, folders, and user selections needed to choose a filing destination;
- the currently open email’s message identifier, sender, recipients, subject, dates, body, and attachments when the user chooses to file that message into Skedari;
- limited operational information such as request time, provider, result, correlation identifier, duplicate result, and sanitized error code; and
- account-link, consent, security, and audit events required to protect the service and customer workspace.
Important: Skedari processes mailbox content only in the context of the add-in and the user-requested filing workflow. Provider access tokens remain in request memory and are not stored by the Skedari add-on gateway.
4. How we use information
We use information only as reasonably necessary to:
- operate, secure, and support our websites and products;
- authenticate a user and link an authorized provider account;
- display permitted Skedari workspaces, matters, and folders inside the add-in;
- file the user-selected email and attachments into the selected Skedari destination;
- prevent duplicate filings and investigate failed operations;
- respond to support, privacy, security, and legal requests;
- detect misuse and protect customers, users, and our services; and
- comply with applicable law and enforce our agreements.
We do not sell mailbox data or personal information. We do not use mailbox data for advertising, credit decisions, or training general artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
5. Google API data
Skedari’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Google user data is used only to provide or improve the user-facing email-filing functionality, maintain security, and provide support. Humans do not read Google user data unless the user gives affirmative permission for support, access is necessary for security or abuse investigation, we are required by law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
6. Legal bases
Depending on the context and applicable law, we process personal information to perform a contract, follow a user’s instructions, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate interests such as service security, or on the basis of consent. A customer organization may act as the controller of information stored in its product workspace, with Axii acting as its service provider or processor.
7. Service providers and disclosure
We may use carefully selected infrastructure, hosting, storage, monitoring, email, and support providers to operate our services. They may process information only for contracted services and subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
We may also disclose information:
- at the direction of the customer or user;
- when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process;
- to protect rights, safety, and service integrity or investigate fraud and abuse; or
- as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale, subject to continued protection of the information.
8. Retention and deletion
We keep personal information only for as long as required to provide the service, meet customer-configured retention requirements, resolve disputes, protect the service, and comply with law.
Email content deliberately filed into Skedari becomes customer content in the selected workspace. Disconnecting an Outlook or Gmail account stops future access but does not automatically delete records already filed, because customers may need those records for legal and business purposes. Authorized users or workspace administrators can manage that content under their organization’s policies.

9. Security
We use administrative, organizational, and technical measures designed to protect information, including encrypted transport, scoped access, tenant isolation, token validation, controlled logging, and access restrictions. No system can guarantee absolute security. Please report suspected vulnerabilities to support@axii-llc.com or review our security page.
10. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with your organization’s Skedari administrator before responding.
You can revoke Microsoft or Google access from your provider account settings and unlink the integration from Skedari. You may also complain to an applicable data-protection authority.
11. International processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where it was collected. Where required, we use contractual or other appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
12. Children
Our products are business services and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this corporate website or the Skedari business integrations.
13. Changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. We will publish the updated version here and change the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through an appropriate product or customer channel.
