We aim to acknowledge normal support requests within two business days. Response and resolution times depend on severity, required customer coordination, and the information available.
Skedari Outlook and Gmail add-ins
If the add-in asks you to connect Skedari
- Open the connection link displayed in the add-in.
- Sign in to the correct Skedari workspace.
- Confirm the provider account shown on the connection page.
- Return to Outlook or Gmail and reopen the add-in.
If your workspace or matter is missing
Confirm that you are signed in with the provider account linked to the intended Skedari workspace. Your firm administrator must grant access to the matter and enable the relevant Outlook or Gmail integration for your subscription.
If authorization expired
Reconnect the integration and approve only the permissions shown by Microsoft or Google. Skedari uses these permissions to identify your account and process the currently selected email when you request a filing action.
Before contacting support
Please include:
- the product and provider: Skedari Outlook or Skedari Gmail;
- your organization or workspace name;
- the approximate time of the problem and your time zone;
- the correlation or reference ID shown by the add-in; and
- a description of the expected and actual result.
Do not send your password, provider token, full email body, or confidential attachment unless our support team specifically requests a secure transfer and your organization authorizes it.

The corporate domain is axii-llc.com and the product domain is skedari.com. Detailed reviewer credentials and sanitized test instructions are provided privately with each marketplace submission.
If a reviewer cannot access the supplied environment, contact support@axii-llc.com with “Marketplace review” in the subject.
Service languages and hours
Support is available in English and Albanian during normal business hours in the Europe/Pristina time zone, excluding public holidays in the Republic of Kosovo. Security reports are monitored separately and prioritized according to potential impact.
